The reception, located in the central chalet, will allow you to access its warm lounge with fireplace as well as the relaxation area available to its guests, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, fitness room.
In summer, you have a tennis court, petanque court, ping-pong tables, badminton... The Alpages de Val Cenis are equipped and approved to receive cyclotourists.
In winter, to reach the slopes, you can take the chairlift of "Pré Novel" located at 100 m from the residence or benefit from free shuttles serving Val Cenis. Nearby (50 to 100 m) you will find shops, a restaurant, a nursery, a ski school and ski lifts. A store for renting equipment and sports articles is located in the residence.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave/grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, balcony, television.
Sleeping arrangements : living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons.
Bedroom with 1 double bed.
Bathroom : bathtub and separate WC.
Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning kit and welcome products. Beds made on arrival. End of stay cleaning included (except kitchen).

A tourist tax will be payable on site: 1.50€/day/pers +18 years old.
