Introduction to and Improvement of Mountain Trails

Description

Several levels :
- Initiation: "soft" and different approach to mountain trails. A simple running experience is sufficient.
- Pas de la Becca: typical mountain route, starting from the Mont-Cenis pass (stage of the EDF Cenis Tour Trail).
- Lakes Giaset and Lake Savine: fairly technical trail between the lakes and the transverse and wild valleys of Haute Maurienne Vanoise. Most :
a breathtaking view of the Dents d'Ambin (3372 m).
- Bessans, Lac du Solliet and return to Val Cenis Lanslevillard via the Alpine trail.
