Welcome to the Val Cenis Nordic domain: the Val d'Ambin domain in Val Cenis Bramans (from 1230m to 1800m) and the Monolithe domain in Val Cenis Sardières (from 1500m to 1600m). Whether you like contemplative cross-country skiing, healthy cross-country skiing, playful cross-country skiing or sporty cross-country skiing, you should enjoy it!

29 km of slopes, 1 green of 1 km, 1 blue of 10 km, 1 red of 5 km and 1 black of 13 km.
Access to the Planay plateau by free shuttle.

This domain, suspended on the Italian border, gives you a magnificent panorama of the Vanoise National Park, its glaciers and high peaks.
A Nordic domain for pedestrians and snowshoeing: for winter hiking enthusiasts, the Bramans and Planay plateaus offer numerous snowshoeing itineraries as well as groomed trails for pedestrians.
The routes are optimized every year to offer you even more pleasure to discover the oldest church of Maurienne, Saint-Pierre d'Extravache or the wonderful plateau of Planay, opening on magnificent and wild valleys such as Etache.

Nordic ski area of Val Cenis Sardières

39 km of skating and alternative trails.
3 red runs, 2 green runs, 3 blue runs and 1 black run.
Departure from La Croix (accessible by car, shuttle or in 15 minutes on foot) from the village in the direction of Sardières.

Val Cenis Sardières and Aussois benefit from a privileged sunshine thanks to their southern exposure.
A Nordic chalet located in Val Cenis Sardières welcomes you 7 days a week during the season to give you all the necessary information for your cross-country skiing.
A food and beverage point "Le Mag d'Oé" to enjoy a good home-made hot chocolate on the sunny terrace.
At your disposal a picnic room, very appreciated for picnics and also by bad weather. This location is the meeting place proposed by the cross-country skiing and biathlon instructors.
Once you have put your skis on, the plateau around the Nordic Chalet allows children and beginners to discover their first gliding sensations in classic or to learn directly about skating
For the more experienced skiers, this area is recommended for a good warm-up before setting off to conquer the numerous ascents and descents of the domain.
