The Introductory Program, open to participants ages 5 and up, teaches the basics of rock climbing on a perfectly suited training cliff. You’ll learn the fundamental techniques, how to use the equipment, safety rules, belaying, and top-rope rappelling—all under the supervision of a certified professional.

The Advanced program is designed for climbers looking to improve their skills on natural cliffs. Focusing on technique, route analysis, pacing, building confidence on the rock, and developing independence: each session is tailored to the participants’ skill levels and goals.

Located in the heart of the Alps, Val Cenis offers an ideal playground for rock climbing in a pristine environment. The sites selected by the Guides’ Office allow you to discover the joy of climbing in complete safety, with family, friends, or in small groups.
