Description

Initiation: On the Val Cenis Vanoise ski area, learn off-piste techniques, driving rules, snow conditions and safety.
Starting from the lifts, the off-piste itineraries of Val Cenis Vanoise will surprise and delight you.
Whether at the foot of the Arcelle Neuve glacier or in the forest, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of wild landscapes and sleeping nature.
And why not catch a glimpse of a chamois, a roe deer or a mountain hare as you round a bend? That's the magic of winter...
Duration approx. 3 hours: 9am-12pm or 2pm-5pm.
Level: Confirmed skier on piste, parallel skiing and skidding.
Maximum group size: 6 people.
Equipment provided: avalanche transceiver, bag containing shovel and probe, radio link.

Day trip: Take the lifts up to the top of the slopes, followed by a walk (on foot or skis) to reach the best runs at Haute Maurienne Vanoise.
Descents with a vertical drop of 1000 to 2000m, in fantastic wilderness settings. For example: Col des Hauts, pointe de Fréjus, combe de l'Arcelle, Bonneval sur Arc, etc.
Possibility of trips to other areas such as Les Trois Vallées and the descent of the Gébroulaz glacier.
Level: Confirmed skier with experience of off-piste skiing, parallel skiing and skidding on all-terrain snow.
