Laura Grosset-Bellissand's 5-day course in the heart of Haute Maurienne Vanoise will teach you how to recognize, pick and use the plants you come across on your mountain hikes.

Description

She will accompany you on a 5-day discovery tour to learn more about the medicinal plants of our mountains.
Discovery walks, but also well-being preparations: elderberry and nettle soaps, sage balm, fir bud honeydew, wild thyme and pansy...
Morning 9am-12pm: theoretical and practical workshops at the EPM annex.
Afternoon from 2pm to 5pm: Picking in the field around Val Cenis-Lanslebourg (with your own car).
Limited number of places, priority to those registering for all 5 days.
Course cancelled if less than 10 people.
