She will guide you on a 5-day discovery tour to learn more about the medicinal plants of our mountains.
Discovery walks, as well as wellness products: elderberry and nettle soaps, sage balm, fir bud honeydew, wild thyme, and pansy...
Morning 9am-12pm: theoretical and practical workshops at the EPM annex.
Afternoon from 2pm to 5pm: Foraging in the fields around Val Cenis(using your own car).
Limited number of spots; priority given to those registering for all 5 days.
Course canceled if fewer than 10 people register.
