Anouchka's Cheese Factory

Val-Cenis

At Anouchka's farm, we turn our cows' milk into tomme, fresh cheese, yogurt, and ice cream. I also make my own jams, cooked in a copper pot, as well as sweet and savory treats.

Description

Discover the wool from my Merino ewes! It’s available in the store in 17 different colors and sizes, along with my carded wool. I knit and crochet different patterns that you can make yourself.
I also make sheep's milk soaps, plant-based candles, and many other products, all handmade by me.
Schedules for tours of the cheese cellars, the wool workshop, and the photo/text exhibition about my farm are available in the store.
Recommended by the Guide du Routard since 2011.
