In VAL CENIS / Lanslevillard: In the summer, this bright studio—designed for 2 people, with a large picture window and a balcony—in the “Le Colombaz” residence is located near hiking trails, the Col du Mont Cenis with its lake and forts (La Turra, Variselle…), and just 30 minutes from Italy (Suze) via this pass.
In winter, this apartment is located at the foot of the ski slopes and lifts (“La Colomba” chairlift, “Le Vieux Moulin” gondola, and “Pont Noir” ski tow), offering unobstructed views and a south-facing exposure overlooking the ski area.
Within the residence, you’ll find the Ski School (offering ESF lessons, ski pass sales, and activities), a childcare center (for children ages 3 months to 12 years), and—right in front of the entrance—the free shuttle serving the village and the picturesque villages of Haute Maurienne, as well as free Wi-Fi.
You’re close to shops (restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries, sports stores and rentals, newsstands, souvenir shops, and home decor stores), services, and a movie theater, and just 600 m from the ice rink, swimming pool, and bowling alley.

The studio, located on the 2nd floor, is laid out as follows:
- a living area with a large picture window opening onto a balcony (table and chairs), including:
a living area with a pull-out sofa bed providing two single-person sleeping spaces at the same height that can be pushed together (duvets, blankets, and pillows provided), storage cabinet, a television, and a dining area with a kitchen equipped with 2 electric burners, a refrigerator, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a vacuum cleaner,
- a bathroom featuring: a shower stall, a vanity with 2 storage drawers (hair dryer), and a toilet,
A lockable ski locker, located in the building’s basement, with direct access to the slopes.
Free parking spaces across from the residence on Rue des Rochers.
Bed linens, towels, and household linens are not provided (available for rent from Ms. Catherine Bonnet Val Cenis , Lanslevillard; Tel. +33 6 78 47 94 12, Appart Service).
Raclette and fondue sets are not provided (available for free rental from the Lanslevillard Dairy Cooperative Val Cenis , or at convenience stores in the village.
A tourist tax is charged as an additional fee per day per person over 18 years of age (unless included in the contract). The rate may be subject to change according to regulations in effect at the time of your stay.
