Description

The "Au Refuge d'Hirka" apartment, measuring 32 m² (excluding the 5 m² balcony), is fully equipped with all modern comforts and has been completely renovated. It is located within a 3-star tourist residence. Ideally situated at the foot of the Termignon slopes, it offers direct ski-in/ski-out access. It features step-free access.

The apartment is located right next to the shops and services in the center of the village of Termignon, such as the tourist office, the ESF, restaurants, bars, ski rental shops, a bakery, cheese shops, and a convenience store. The nearest supermarket is just a 2-minute drive or walk away.

The apartment features a living room with a sofa and a large-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, drip coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue sets, electric grill, air fryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron). The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which features an 80x80 cm shower and a sink.

The 6 sleeping accommodations are distributed across a bedroom with a double bed, a loft area with bunk beds (separated from the living room by a door), and a sofa bed in the living room.
A crib, a booster seat, and board games are available. A private outdoor area is accessible via the balcony.
You will also have access to an individual ski locker on the same level as the accommodation.

Free parking is located next to the accommodation. Public transportation is within walking distance.
Towels and bed linens are not provided.
Pets and smoking are not permitted.
