Description

In Val Cenis : at the "Le Colombaz" residence, you’re right at the foot of the ski slopes and lifts (the "La Colomba" chairlift, the "Pont Noir" ski lift, and very close to the "Le Vieux Moulin" gondola).
From the large south-facing picture window of the apartment, which sleeps 1 to 4 people and features a large balcony, you’ll enjoy a wide, unobstructed view of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains.
In this residence, you’ll have access to the Ski School (ESF lesson registration and lift ticket sales), the Children’s Center (daycare for ages 3 months to 12 years), a free shuttle in front of the entrance serving the village and the traditional villages of Haute Maurienne, and free Wi-Fi.
You are close to shops (restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, sports shops and rentals, newsstands, souvenirs, and home decor), services, and a movie theater, and just 600 meters from the ice rink, swimming pool, and bowling alley (also accessible by shuttle).
In the summer, you’re close to hiking trails and major mountain passes (Mont Cenis with its lake, Iseran), just a 30-minute drive or bus ride from Italy via the Mont Cenis Pass, and not far from the traditional villages of Haute Maurienne.

The apartment on the 1st floor (2nd floor on the front side) consists of:
- a living area with a large picture window opening onto the balcony, featuring a living area with a sofa bed that converts into a
comfortable bed for 2 people (duvet, blanket, and pillows), a dresser, and a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine,
mini-oven, microwave, induction cooktop, drip coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner),
- a bedroom with two single beds (duvets and pillows) that can be pushed together to form a double bed, a loft bed, and a
dresser,
- a shower room with a shower stall, vanity unit with a bathroom cabinet, storage shelves, and a hair dryer,
- a separate toilet,
- a large balcony with a table and armchairs facing the mountains and ski slopes.
- a small library for children and adults and a few games in the small entryway closet
- a lockable, equipped ski locker (in the residence’s basement) providing direct access to the ski area.
- a free parking space in front of the residence.
- free Wi-Fi access.
- Disposable mattress and pillow protectors provided in addition to the existing covers on bedding and pillows.

A tourist tax is charged as an additional fee per day per person over 18 years of age (unless included in the contract). The rate is subject to change according to the regulations in effect at the time of your stay.
