Every day, all year round, we make and age the famous Beaufort PDO cheese in Lanslebourg. Come discover our expertise and share our values!

Description

A specially designed children's trail allows them to learn about the contents (including the secrets of Beaufort production) in an educational, child-friendly way.

The tour includes:
- A screening of the film "Un Territoire, Des Hommes, Une Coop" (17 min) with English subtitles.
- A bird's-eye view of the Beaufort PDO production workshop, with the cheese-makers in action (production every day).
- A visit to the aging cellars
- Tasting of Beaufort AOP & Bleu de Bonneval sur Arc cheeses

The visit allows you to discover or rediscover "high" mountain agriculture and local heritage, as well as:
- Our trades and know-how / working with living things
- The history and production of Bonneval-sur-Arc blue cheese
- The complementary relationship between agriculture, tourism, and the preservation of biodiversity and natural areas.
