Description

Introducing the maestros:
In 2017, Audrey Anselmi and Patrice Barthès met on a dance floor, at a milonga, the tango ball. They both have professional backgrounds and training. They were choreographers and performers in contemporary dance before becoming what they are today, Argentine tango maestros. They decided to create A&B Tango, a duo of dancers, the basis of a choreographic company based in Montpellier. Tango is a new breath of fresh air in the two artists' work. They will use this choreographic vocabulary
choreographic vocabulary to write resolutely contemporary pieces. They have a highly honed tango technique, which they put to good use in the projects they choreograph.
They often team up with musicians to enhance this fusional relationship with music. They often propose dance performances in public spaces. They have also worked with major orchestras, accompanying master accordionist Pascal Contet's Fiesta Latina tour. They explore the different facets of Argentine tango, from the most spectacular to the most intimate, from the most traditional to the most contemporary.

For holders of the simplified pass, classes must be booked in addition to the pass.
