La Gaule de Val Cenis
New merged Val Cenis fishing association (from Lanslevillard (gorges bordering Bessans) to Bramans (upstream of the EDF water intake). Several courses: 1 no-kill zone; 1 Arcs and valley bottom zone and finally a lakes and tributaries zone.
Description
From March 14, 2026: The "No Kill" trail, signposted and located between the "Richard" gravel pit and the confluence of the Repelen stream. Closing date: October 11, 2026.
From April 04, 2026: the Arc, from the foot of the Lanslevillard gorges to upstream of the Bramans EDF water intake. Closing date: October 11, 2026.
From June 06, 2026: gorges de Lanslevillard bordering Bessans, Arc tributaries and mountain lakes. Closing date: September 20, 2026.
Triple hooks and barbs are prohibited throughout the fishing area.
Catch limited to 5 fish per day and per person, minimum size 25cm (Grayling 30cm).
Fishing cards may be refused or withdrawn by anyone contravening the law or the rules and regulations.
No Kill" course, fishing exclusively with artificial lures (flies, spoons) and equipped with a single barbless hook. Fish of any size must be released alive.

Rates
The Gaule de Val Cenis card alone is not enough; you must also have a valid fishing license issued by an AAPPMA.
Day pass: 15€
Weekly pass (7 consecutive days): 60€
Annual pass: 150€
New for 2026:
5€ pass for children under 12 accompanied by a parent holding a day or weekly pass.

From 14/03 to 11/10/2026 daily.
