Massage menu:
- Sports massage: combines deep sliding pressure, kneading, and percussion to work out the muscles and remove all toxins.
- Deep-relaxing massage: using relaxing massage techniques to release all the tension accumulated in the muscles of the back and the rest of the body, the movements deeply release each muscle and joint for a feeling of lightness throughout the body.
- Relaxing massage: a moment of total relaxation. The pressure of the hands on the skin is adapted to your needs, gliding from the top of the head to the tips of the toes, with the warmth of the oil helping to relax every cell of your body for a moment of pure well-being.
- Energetic massage: a consultation precedes this massage during which, thanks to the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and allopathic medicine, we identify the patient’s deepest needs and create a massage tailored to their current condition.

Wellness & physical therapy service cards:
- Comprehensive assessment and personalized exercise program: full joint, muscle, and functional evaluation. Assessment of lifestyle habits. Development of a movement program.
- Balancing session: work on the body’s key joints—shoulders, hips, pelvis, lumbar region, and more. This session helps you achieve greater mobility and flexibility while enhancing your overall sense of well-being.
- Holistic physiotherapy session: a session that includes a discussion, completion of a questionnaire, and the creation of a treatment plan tailored to your expectations and the key points identified during the initial consultation.
