Termignon cheese dairy
Sophie welcomes you to the Val Cenis Termignon shop, where you'll find our Beaufort PDO and Bleu de Bonneval sur Arc cheeses, as well as a wide range of local yoghurts and farmhouse cheeses and Savoy products.
Description
Open in summer and winter, this outlet is part of the Coopérative Laitière de Haute Maurienne Vanoise.
This cooperative brings together 40 farms in Haute Maurienne, including 11 producers in Val-Cenis Termignon. It processes 5 million liters of raw milk into Beaufort (11,000 wheels) and 64 tons into Bleu de Bonneval per year.
We offer:
Limited-time sales of our two award-winning cheeses, butter, and raw milk (by reservation), as well as farm products made in Haute Maurienne: goat and sheep cheeses, farm-fresh yogurts, cured meats, and a wide range of Savoy products: cheeses, charcuterie, wines, jams, honeys...
We are one of 8 stores belonging to the Haute Maurienne Vanoise cooperative, whose workshop for processing milk into Beaufort PDO cheese and maturing cellars are located in Lanslebourg.
