This loop is a gentle introduction to snowshoeing, between open spaces and forest passages. Here, the mountains are peaceful and invite curiosity: on the fresh snow, the tracks of foxes and hares reveal the secret life of the woods in winter.

1/ Leaving the Fennaz tennis court parking lot, cross the soccer pitch to join the groomed trails. Keep to the side of the path to respect the shared tracks, and continue to the first intersection.
2/ 0 h 10 - At this junction, turn right onto the small ungroomed path and follow it until you reach the cross-country ski trails.
3/ 0 h 20 - Continue on the footpath to reach the highest point of the loop, under the telephone line.
4/ 0 h 50 - From this intersection, fork left onto the forest track. Cross the stream and continue on the groomed track until you reach the road.
5/ 1 h 15 - Once you've crossed the road, take the track alongside it to return to the parking lot.
6/ 1 h 30 - La Fennaz tennis court parking lot.
