Val Cenis Course
Discover the Val Cenis trail.
Anglers must have a valid fishing permit issued by an AAPPMA and a Gaule de Val Cenis (private fishing).
Description
From March 14, 2026: The "No Kill" trail, marked with signs and located between the "Richard" gravel pit and the confluence of the Repelen stream. Closing date: October 11, 2026.
From April 4, 2026: the Arc, from the foot of the Lanslevillard Gorges to upstream of the Bramans EDF water intake. Closing date: October 11, 2026.
From June 6, 2026: the Lanslevillard Gorges bordering Bessans, Arc tributaries, and mountain lakes. Closing date: September 20, 2026.
Triple hooks and barbs are prohibited throughout the fishing area.
Catch limited to 5 fish per day and per person, minimum size 25 cm (Grayling 30 cm).
Fishing cards may be refused or withdrawn by anyone contravening the law or the rules and regulations.
"No Kill" policy: fishing exclusively with artificial lures (flies, spoons) equipped with a single barbless hook. Fish of any size must be released alive.
