The hiker who ventures here feels the weight of forgotten history beneath his feet, where mountain brigades faced the cold and isolation with quiet strength. Every stone, every breath of wind seems to whisper to him the courage of those who watched before him.

• 1/ From Bramans town hall, follow signs for Camping - Église. After crossing the Pont du Bossate, turn right, then cross the soccer pitch to join the forest track leading to the small
  grove.
  2/ 0 h 10 - At the entrance to the grove, take the path alongside the Ruisseau d'Ambin and continue for a few hundred metres. Cross the stream and continue until you reach a groomed track. Follow this track uphill to reach the loop on the plateau.
  3/ 0 h 40 - On the plateau, follow the loop in a clockwise direction, then take the same route as the outward journey back down to the center of Bramans.
  4/ 1 h 30 - Bramans town hall .
