Guidebook with maps/step-by-step

• 1/ From the Cernay hut, take the groomed track on the left, which leads to the hamlet of Le Planay via La Villette.
  2/ 1 h - At the Planay crossroads, continue on the small, ungroomed path up through the forest, towards Le Suffet, passing the crossroads at altitude 1,760 m.
  3/ 2 h 30 - From Le Suffet, follow the signs for Saint Pierre d'Extravache and follow a wider path back to the hamlet of Le Planay.
  4/ 3 h - At Le Planay, follow the same route as before to return to the Cabane du Cernay.
  5/ 4 h - Cabane du Cernay .
