Located on the shores of Lake Mont Cenis, on the border between Savoie and Italy in the Val Cenis Lanslebourg mountain pastures, at an altitude of 2000 m, Chalet de Savalin (1878) welcomes up to 15 guests in summer only, and is accessible by car.

Description Borot Fernand et Béatrice - Savalin alpine chalet

This chalet is rated 3 épilobes by Gîtes de France.
Accessible by car, it offers a chance to discover the art of mountain living, which is synonymous with the authenticity of old larch and stone.

The chalet comprises:

Ground floor:
- the former barn has been converted into the living room, with its dining area and fireplace (wood provided)
- the large kitchen with the old, somewhat temperamental wood-burning stove
- 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed / one with 2 single beds / one with a double bed and a single bed)
- 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets + 1 separate toilet

Attic:
- 2 dormitories (6 single beds and one double bed)

Basement:
- the old cheese cellar is used as a pantry
- the former stables are used to store wood, deck chairs, the gas barbecue...and balls!

Rental bonus: beds are made upon arrival.
