In Val Cenis, we welcome you to a brand-new, 4-star-rated duplex apartment (completed in 2016), spacious (72 m², 3 bedrooms) and comfortable for 6 people. This rental has been designed with an acute sense of quality: ground-floor accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PMR), sunny outdoor terrace, wood-burning stove in the living room, use of materials and furnishings that are both traditional ("mountain touch") and modern. There's also a shared wellness area with sauna, bar, home cinema and equipped covered terrace (contact the owners). Peace and quiet will be the watchwords of your stay in a village that's far from the Val Cenis ski area, but can be reached by the inter-village shuttle bus.

On the first floor (accessible for disabled people), the apartment comprises:
- a living room with sitting area and fully-equipped kitchen that can be heated with the wood-burning stove
- wooden terrace and ground-level garden
- bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm)
- bathroom with walk-in shower and WC

Upstairs (accessed via a staircase):
