It has two south-facing balconies and has been awarded the "qualité confort hébergement" - 3 cimes - label by the Office du Tourisme Haute-Maurienne Vanoise for sleeping up to 10 people (excluding lounge beds).

In summer, visit Val Cenis to discover the Vanoise National Park, as well as the Iseran and Mont-Cenis passes leading to Italy.

In winter, access to the slopes at Val Cenis is by foot via the Madeleine teleski, located 180 m from the residence, or by free shuttle bus in front of the rental. If there's enough snow, you can ski back to the rental on the blue slope.
