Welcome to our charming 24 m2 studio for 4 (or even 5) people, totally renovated in autumn 2022 using quality materials combining mountain charm and contemporary decor.
Located at the foot of the slopes of the Lanslevillard resort, 1500m altitude,
South-facing, 2nd floor,
All comforts, this sun-drenched studio boasts an incredible view of our mountains that you can enjoy from the balcony.

Layout and equipment :

- Living room equipped with a real sofa bed (Rapido) with a 160x190 bed and a bunk bed with 2 80x190 beds (possibility of a 3rd bed). Connected flat-screen TV.

- Fully-equipped, functional kitchenette: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, GRAIN coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette-crêpière set, fondue set, blender, designer crockery.

- Bathroom with shower, electric towel rail and WC.

- Balcony with 1 table and 4 chairs.

- Other equipment: hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, clotheshorse, ironer, plaid, clothes hangers, card and board games, walker.

- Wifi throughout the apartment.

Services offered:
- Bathroom linen provided: 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person.
- Beds are made up on arrival, ready for your arrival.
- Baby kit available on request at no extra charge (bathtub, high chair, cot).
- Cleaning before departure must be done by the tenant. A deposit cheque for 60 euros will be requested on arrival for cleaning as well as a deposit cheque for 500 euros for the rental.

The studio is located :
- At the foot of the slopes of Val-Cenis resort, 50m from the Colomba chairlift, the Vieux Moulin gondola lift and the ESF ski school, less than 10 minutes' walk from all the shops (bakery, butcher's, mini-market, restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, swimming pool, launderette, sports stores), and from the shuttle bus serving the towns of Bramans and Bonneval-sur-Arc.
- On the road to the legendary Alpine passes (Col du Mont-Cenis and Iseran),
- At the gateway to the Parc de la Vanoise, the starting point for hiking in summer and snowshoeing in winter,
- On the border with Italy, accessible in summer.
- 30 minutes from Modane TGV station.

Free parking in front of the residence, private ski locker on first floor.

Arrival: 5 pm - 8 pm (flexible times according to your requests and our possibilities).
Departure: 10 a.m. (times may vary according to your requests and our possibilities).
(Please note: arrival and departure times during the week will depend on our possibilities and not necessarily within the time slots defined above. These times will be agreed upon at the time of booking).

Non-smoking studio.
Pets are not welcome.
