This comfortable studio boasts a view of our mountains, which you can enjoy from the small terrace in front of the residence's parking lot.

Layout and equipment

- Living room equipped with a real sofa bed (Rapido) with 140X190 bedding.
Flat-screen TV.

- Fully-equipped, functional kitchenette: mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, induction hob, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette-crêpière set, fondue set, blender, pressure cooker, crockery and cooking utensils.

- Bathroom with shower, electric towel rail and WC.

- Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, clotheshorse, clothes hangers, plaid, walker, card and board games.

Services offered:

- Bed linen provided (with 2 pillows per person).
- Baby kit available at no extra charge on request when booking (high chair, cot).

- Optional: Bathroom linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel per person + 1 bath mat) will be charged at 10 euros per person if you require this service. Please specify when booking.

- Cleaning before departure must be done by the tenant. The accommodation is equipped with cleaning products. A deposit cheque for 60 euros for cleaning will be requested on arrival as well as a deposit cheque for 500 euros for the rental.

The accommodation is located :

- At the foot of the slopes of the Val-Cenis Lanslevillard resort, 50m from the Colomba chairlift, the Vieux Moulin gondola lift and the ESF ski school, less than 10 minutes' walk from all the shops (bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, swimming pool, laundrette, sports stores), and from the shuttle bus serving the towns of Bramans and Bonneval-sur-Arc.

- On the road to the legendary Alpine passes (Col du Mont-Cenis and Iseran),

- At the gateway to the Parc de la Vanoise, the starting point for hiking in summer and snowshoeing in winter,

- On the border with Italy, accessible in summer,

- 30 minutes from Modane TGV station.

Arrival: 5 - 8 pm (flexible times to suit your requests and our possibilities).
Departure: 10 a.m. (times may vary according to your requests and our possibilities).
