Magnificent studio at the foot of the slopes in the Val-Cenis Lanslevillard resort for 4 people, 2nd floor, all comforts, with south-facing terrace, fully equipped and renovated with quality materials in chalet style.

We are delighted to welcome you to our sun-drenched studio benefiting from a magnificent view of our mountains that you can enjoy from the balcony.

Layout and equipment

- Living room equipped with a real sofa bed (Rapido) with a 160X190 bed and a bunk bed with 2 80X190 beds (possibility of a 3rd bed). Connected flat-screen TV.

- Fully-equipped, functional kitchenette: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, GRAIN coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette-crêpière set, fondue set, blender, designer crockery.

- Bathroom with shower, electric towel rail and WC,

- Balcony with 1 table and 4 chairs

- Other equipment: hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, clotheshorse, ironer, plaid, clothes hangers, card and board games.

- Wifi throughout the apartment.

Services offered:

- Bathroom linen provided: 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person.
- Beds are made up and ready for you on arrival.
- Baby kit (bathtub, high chair, cot, step stool) available on request at no extra charge.
- Cleaning before departure must be done by the tenant. A deposit cheque for 60 euros will be requested on arrival, as well as a deposit cheque for 500 euros for the rental.

The studio is located :

- At the foot of the slopes of Val-Cenis resort, 50m from the Colomba chairlift, the Vieux Moulin gondola lift and the ESF ski school, less than 10 minutes' walk from all the shops (bakery, butcher's, mini-market, restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, swimming pool, launderette, sports stores), and from the shuttle bus serving the towns of Bramans and Bonneval-sur-Arc.

- On the road to the legendary Alpine passes (Col du Mont-Cenis and Iseran),

- At the gateway to the Parc de la Vanoise, the starting point for hiking in summer and snowshoeing in winter,

- On the border with Italy, accessible in summer,

- 30 minutes from Modane TGV station.

Free parking in front of the residence, private ski locker on first floor.

Arrival: 5 pm - 8 pm (flexible times according to your requests and our possibilities).
Departure: 10 a.m. (times may vary according to your requests and our possibilities).
