A small former barn that we completely renovated in 2024 to offer you a comfortable, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated rental. This Cocon Alpin will be your retreat for a cozy stay in the mountains with family or friends.

A 60-square-meter detached house, designed to accommodate up to 4 people.
This accommodation has been awarded a 5-peak rating by the Haute Maurienne Vanoise"Quality Comfort Accommodation" label.

Upstairs:
- A living area with a sitting area (smart TV / private Wi-Fi included), a dining area with an island, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...).
- A semi-open mezzanine overlooking the living room, accessible via a ladder, with two adjustable single beds (80 cm wide) that can be combined to form a 160 cm double bed (not recommended for children under 10 years old).

On the ground floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm comfort bed, new high-quality bedding) and a walk-in closet.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- A separate toilet.
- A small laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Location:
You’ll appreciate its location in the center of the village of Val Cenis (a quiet, authentic village in a natural, unspoiled setting). Our “Cocon Alpin” enjoys a prime location, both in summer and winter.
You’ll be close to nearby ski resorts: Val Cenis (8 km), Val Cenis (15 km), La Norma (9 km), Aussois (15 km), and the Vanoise National Park for summer hikes.
In winter, a shuttle connects Bramans to Le Planay and the Val d’Ambin Nordic ski area (a magnificent area for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing). The shuttle stops right at the property.
In summer, this road is accessible by private car, allowing you to explore all the hikes and landscapes of Le Planay.
