I live in a family house in which this apartment is located, classified ***.south exposure with balcony.
It includes :
- A fully-equipped kitchen: 4 hotplates, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator......
- living area with 140 cm sofa bed and flat-screen TV
- wifi
- 2 independent bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. Bed linen is provided. Beds will be made up on arrival.
- separate bathroom and toilet
- ski boot dryer in the ski room
- utilities included: heating, water, electricity.
- A lift

Description of the valley
The apartment is located in the heart of the village. Within a 200-meter radius, you'll find all the services you need (pharmacy, nurses....) and all the stores you'll need: bakery, grocery store, cheese shop, sports stores, gift shops......

In winter, you have easy access to the foot of the slopes
- regular, free shuttle buses pick you up in front of your house and take you to the snow front (where ski lessons start)
- or by the "Madeleine" ski lift, a 200-metre walk from the house, which also takes you to the foot of the piste.
- For the return journey on skis, you arrive on skis (pont de la ramasse) 100m from the accommodation.

Summertime
- The village is at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, where you can discover its flora and fauna.
- The village is at the foot of two passes, the Iseran (Europe's highest road pass) and the Mont Cenis (steeped in history), 20 km from Italy.
- The village is part of Haute Maurienne Vanoise. There are 7 successive villages along the same road.
