Attractive 6-bed apartment in a lovely 4-star Résidence "les Alpages de Val Cenis ", located in the Maurienne valley at the gateway to the Parc de la Vanoise. The Alpages residence combines Savoyard authenticity and modern comfort. It is located in Les Champs, between the villages of Lanslebourg (with its magnificent footpath) and Lanslevillard. Both villages are easily accessible on foot or by shuttle bus.

There's also a shuttle to the listed village of Bonneval sur Arc.

The apartment is in chalet C, the closest to the Prénovel chairlift (around 100 m from the apartment).
The resort of Val Cenis (1400m) is a family resort that will satisfy both young and old in summer and winter alike.

A covered parking space is available.
A locker for ski equipment.
Rental includes: heating, water, electricity, TV (TNT), Blu-Ray player and miscellaneous equipment.

Important: due to problems, we no longer accept pets.

To be arranged well in advance of your arrival.

The tenant must clean the apartment at the end of the stay. A deposit (by check or cash) of 60 euros is required on arrival and will be returned within 10 days along with the deposit.

To relax, you'll have free access to the Residence's SPA with heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and fitness room (for over 16s).
Tennis and petanque courts (equipment not provided).

Wifi in apartment. Numerous stores (groceries, newspapers, etc.), restaurants and activities close to the residence.

Accessible by train via Modane station (+ bus).
