I welcome you to an apartment near hiking, mountain biking and road biking trails in VAL CENIS-LANSLEVILLARD. Close to the shops, very bright (south-facing balcony), quiet, in a magnificent setting in Haute MAURIENNE.
In winter, access to the slopes is direct from my little residence on skis.
Close to ESF Colombaz, Colomba chairlift, vieux moulin gondola.

Accommodation comprises:
- a living room with sofa and TV,
- a fully-equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter + senseo coffee maker)
- two bedrooms, each with a 140cm-wide double bed
- one bedroom with two single beds
- a 1st bathroom with shower, - separate WC.
- a 2nd bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
- south-facing balcony.
- ski equipment room (with boot dryer).
- Bicycle rack (padlock required).
- wifi connection

Good to know :
- Bed linen provided
- Cleaning on departure extra charge €100/week, decreasing according to length of stay.
- Towels, tea towels / Bed made up on arrival extra charge 7.5€/person (otherwise sheets will be left on beds).
