Description

I welcome you to a studio apartment located at the foot of the slopes, near hiking, mountain biking, and road cycling trails in VAL CENIS-LANSLEVILLARD. Close to shops, you’ll enjoy a bright apartment (south-facing balcony) in a quiet, beautiful setting in Haute-Maurienne.
In winter, next to the ESF “COLOMBAZ” ski school, you can access the slopes directly from the residence on skis. Close to the Colomba chairlift and the Vieux Moulin gondola.

Studio fully renovated in 2023.

The accommodation includes:
- Rapido sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm), with a thick mattress.
- A single-person sofa bed is available for a third person (preferably for a child as it is not very wide) - A sliding-scale surcharge applies depending on the length of stay.
- A fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine)
- A bathroom with sink and shower
- Separate toilet
- South-facing balcony (table, chairs, and deck chair)
- Storage room for sports equipment: skis (with boot dryer).
- Bike rack (bring your own lock)
- Wi-Fi connection

Please note:
- Sheets are provided
- End-of-stay cleaning available for an additional fee of €50/week (discounted based on length of stay).
- Bath towels, dish towels / Bed made upon arrival available for an additional fee of €7.50/person (otherwise, sheets will be placed in the closet).
