Description
As a mountain guide and translator with a keen interest in history and geology, I invite you to discover the infinite dimensions of mountain hiking: time, counted in hundreds of thousands of years for rocks and reliefs, in tens of centuries for the lives of men and women whose imprint marks the landscape; fauna and flora that would not exist without each other; the exercise of walking that summons the musical rhythm of legs, heart, lungs and - sometimes - brain...

On the program this winter :
Tuesdays from 1:30 to 5:30 pm - Murmures de pierres. Between landscape and heritage, mountain hiking and time travel, the itinerary explores the entire fortified site of l'Esseillon up to the new Espace des Gravures rupestres at Fort Victor-Emmanuel, open this winter exclusively for this outing.
